We are looking for a person with a large scope of interest in the different areas of customer support and a good background of knowledge about business processes. A willingness permanently to obtain new knowledge and skills is of great importance. You should be as flexible as our team which is a high challenge. You have to be a teamplayer to the same degree able and willing to integrate in the team and drive it to future improvement. Fluent Engish and German are necessary.

We expect the following skills:

• experience in customer support
  
• base knowledge in project management
  
• knowledge and experience in script language like php, shell scripts etc.
  
• knowledge about communication protocols (smtp, pop3, ftp, http, web service, etc.)
• knowledge and experience of the operating systems Linix,  Windows XP, Windows Vista
