Our 4-step schema of partnership consists in your case of
step 1: initial meeting to
define the scope of the partnership
You are invited to our office in Karlsruhe. Here you learn to know our
team and have a global introduction to the world of EDI and EAI. We
will
discuss your goals and needs. A brief outlining of the partnership and
the integration project will be done.
Duration: 1/2 day
Costs: your time and travel expenses
step 2: integration
strategy workshop(s)
Starting from your objectives, we analyse the status quo of your
strategy and integration work and define the
framework for
your EDI and EAI activities. The workshop will take place at your
office to
have the experts from your team at hand.
Duration: 1-2 days intial, optional follow-ups
Costs: your time, a reasonable fee for our consulting and travel
expenses
step 3: integration
coaching
During the first integration processes you will sometimes need help.
Our
experts will coach you through the process whenever needed building up
the knowledge inside your company as side effect.
Duration: depends on the project
step 4: going to the market
With the now enhanced portfolio of services you have the opportunity to
offer your
existing customers added value and to tackle new prospects with the new
service. At this time we can assist you with marketing material and
cobranded events for your customers and prospects.
