EDI InfoService covers the daily questions about EDI. If you plan to do
more than normal EDI without building up an approriate work force in
your company, we can help you. For one time tasks you can refer to our
consulting. For regular services there is the eXtended EDI Service.
First example :
As a producer, you are
building a sales concept based on franchise and concession stores for
which you will do all the planning. You have the work force of
specialists in products and sales but not in EDI and technical support.
We can act as your EDI department then, doing the talks with the RMS
providers of the stores and looking after the dataflow regularly.
Second example :
As a big retailer, you
have started EDI with some suppliers. Now you want to transform the
business processes with most of your suppliers to EDI. In that you meet
a very heterogenous situation. Some have a certain degree of EDI.
Others are nearly perfect. And still others do not know anything about
