==== PHP update for the eBiss Help section ====  

 The PHP version of the locally installed eBiss Help has been updated from PHP 7 to [[https://www.php.net/downloads.php?os=windows&version=8.4|PHP 8.4 (8.4.27)]]. This version addresses the critical security vulnerabilities CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619 described in the PHP [[https://www.php.net/archive/2026.php?utm_source=chatgpt.com|security advisory]].

To switch to PHP 8, the file eBiss.mapache.config is created in the eBiss directory. The previous configuration is backed up as eBiss.mapache.config_3_10_366.bak.
  * If the previous configuration has been manually customised, these changes must be checked and, if necessary, carried over to the new configuration file.

When switching to the new environment, a firewall prompt may appear. In this case, access must be permitted in the firewall. In addition, an error message may indicate that the latest version of the [[https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170|Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (v14)]] needs to be installed. ==== Job-Step JobExecutionController ====  

In the [[en:prozessdefinition:jobs:jobsteps:allgemein:jobexecutioncontroller|]] job step, when task creation was enabled, the task was created but was not linked to the messages in the job. As a result, the messages were not marked as faulty. This bug has been fixed.
