The Port event listener accepts an incoming message, at a given port.

|**Change logs**|The changes to the element are logged. The logging is activated in the [[en:hauptmenue:einstellungen:systemeinstellungen]], which is possible if a versioning license is available.|

|**Global running jobs limit**|If the specified number is below the number of currently executed jobs then the requests will be accepted and handled otherwise the remote request will be rejected due to a high system load.|
|**Maximum requests**|What is the maximum number of requests that will be accepted in the specified period (see 'Time range' below).|
|**Time range**|Defines the time range for 'Maximum requests' in seconds|
|**Exception return value limit**|Custom error message returned when one of the limit constraints is violated. The request will be accepted by the listener if no error message is provided but the client will encounter a timeout instead of a response.|
