====== DuplicateDocumentBlocker ======

The DuplicateDocumentBlocker can be used to track duplicate messages. It checks the incoming messages and creates tasks in case the document already exists with:
   * The same document number,
   * The same system partner,
   * The same trading partner and
   * If present, with the same DocSubType
