======  Change and delete users ======

To change and delete users you need the appropriate rights. 

Additionally there are the special features:
  * "not Admins"((Admin = No)) are not allowed to change or delete "Admins"((Admin = Yes)).
  * Whether a user is admin is not visible for a "not admins".

Compared to deleting, we recommend deactivating((After cleaning or changing data relevant to data protection)) the user, so that the user is still visible when evaluating e.g. logs.
