====== Create user groups ====== User groups allow you to directly integrate newly created users into a group with self-defined or pre-defined rights. Thus, manually assigning rights to each new user is no longer required. User groups already offer predefined user rights for different tasks. In addition, you can also create user-defined user groups, provided that the basic classification of the groups does not suit you. \\ Create a user group from the context menu or the Create button. \\ The following user groups are available: ^ Group ^ Meaning | | // Administrators group // | Users within the Administrators group do not have restrictions on the system and already have user rights to read, modify, create, and delete | // Group with user rights // | Users within the group with user rights have restrictions within the user administration and can only read within them. | | // Group with restricted user rights // | Users within the group with restricted user rights have stronger restrictions and reflect the support role. This group can read and modify messages, bug reports, and partners | // Empty user group // | The empty user group can be completely adapted to your needs.
