Webservice Problems

A WebService can be registered but not correctly addressed via https.

• http: works
• https: does not work

Cause: Registering the URL in netsh with https://+:8482/ for use with BasicBinding, e.g.:

• netsh http add urlacl url=http://+:8482/ user=\everyone

Solution: Registration of the URL in netsh with https://Hostname:8482/¹⁾
