Importing data into a MariaDB via eBiss.DBcopy.exe did not insert any data since the DBCopy did not take into account the lower case of the tables.

For the assignment of the file name and the subject, mapping functions can now also be called in the containerizer, via ${fn:<x-path expression>}, see masks Register a containerizer.

The selection of relations with very many values led to long waiting times on the surface. For example, the maintenance of lookup tables with more than 80 T entries was associated with waiting times of up to 20 seconds when selecting a lookup value. The bug is fixed.
