When you start eBiss.WinClient.exe, a LoginDialog opens. ¹⁾
The eBiss client offered two different operating modes:

1. OK starts the Winclient in normal operation while the server is running. ²⁾
2. Local mode starts the Winclient without a running server service ((However, there are various restrictions in the Local session , for example, no process can be executed and the contents of messages can not be viewed)

As soon as other User are created, different users with different rights can log on.
