System requirements
The minimum system requirements for eBiss are::

Note:: Article management due to StoredProcedures only possible with MS SQL database.

Themes
1)
In systems with expected high transaction volumes, at least 8 GB or more should be used.
2)
Here, the message volume and the desired retention period must be taken into account and corrected upwards accordingly. So transactional data volume/day times number of days you want to look historically in the past. But do not forget that eBiss is not an archive system!

Smaller resolutions are possible, but must be tested individually.

Version 2008 or greater, tested on SQL Server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2017, 2019, 2022 and others. MS SQL Server 2022 under WindowsServer 2022.

Version 5.1.69, 5.5.54, 5.6.30, etc. (eBiss creates the tables with COLLATE='latin1_general_ci' and ENGINE=InnoDB)
