The TaskDispatcher loads all tasks that were created during an active process into memory for further processing.

Name	Meaning
BackendType :	BackendType, from which the tasks are to be loaded and processed further.
BackendTypeName :	Backend, from which the tasks are to be loaded and processed further.
Description :	If necessary, you can enter a description of the concrete task of the job component in this job chain here.
Name :	Name of the TaskDispatcher. If possible, a meaningful name should be chosen here.
