Alternative containerization

Normal

The eBiss containerization component has the following four characteristic properties, which determine how documents are containerized into messages:

  • Global: all documents go into one message.
  • Individual: For each new document a message is created
  • Per document type: Documents of the same document type, sender and recipient will be combined.
  • Per input file: Documents are grouped together in the same way as the inbound message

Alternative

Normally, messages to a host system, i.e. incoming INHOUSE formats are containerized per document type. If this grouping is not fine enough, a finer granulation can be enforced with an additional containerization criterion. For this purpose the Frame Variable eBiss.DocumentVars.ContainerizationCriteria must be instantiated during the transformation to the INHOUSE format. For thisto happen, make use of the mapping function SetFrameVariable in an appropriate mapping on the grouping criterion1).

1)
This is a data element, which is otherwise not captured in the message frame. For example, a department number.
