To load a communication channel from a dump (or an external XML backup file), right-click on the Communication Channels submenu and choose Import from the context menu.

Use the file selection dialog to navigate to the directory where the dump file is stored. Select the dump file and click the Open button. Now the communication channels are loaded. Complete your entries by clicking on the Save button, so that the loaded communication channels are transferred to the eBiss database.
